Thank you for sharing your artwork! Mental health is very important and learning to manage it can be hard. I learned myself about three years ago that there are two sides to anxiety. I also recently learned about self compassion and that I struggle deeply with being kind to myself. But any small amount of progress is still progress. Sending good and healing vibes!
